Hi All - For those of us that have used SalesForce, we know there is a task option to /Create Follow-Up Task/ which will duplicate/copy your current task. Most of the information is carried over to a new task; Subject, Owner, Related Account info, etc. For our company's purposes, we need to be able to create duplicate//follow up/ tasks in Dynamics.
While we have heavily customized our Task form, I'm wondering if there is an OOB option that was missed or perhaps a PowerApps option we can incorporate? If I am not mistaken, I believe there was something regarding Recurring Tasks in the OOB setup - is this the same thing? We utilized a MS partner to set up our Dynamics environment but now I am finishing the customizations on my own. Just looking for some direction. Thank you!
