Hi,

We have recently started using click dimensions and wondering if there is a way where we can show click dimension emails as one of the Activity type on an activity grid of contact or lead records like highlighted below showing different Email Events of Click Dimensions:

Create a background workflow on succesful send of CD email that creates your new activity record and set the regarding field to the CD email.

    Hi,

Thinking about this again, I sent out a Click Dimension email to a client and now i want to show it on the Client record under the Activity grid as a Click dimension Activity type similar to emails phone calls being displayed.

If i create a new new Activity Entity say CD- Emails... how can i populate or create this new activity entity CD-Email, on a successful sent event of Click dimension email.

    Thanks,

    PS

I guess you could create a custom activity entity and copy the values across on create but that would double your storage issue and CD can hog that enough as it is, I mean you could delete the original CD one but it's not the best solution.

Hi, I don't think so as it's not an Activity Type Entity however you could display them on a subgrid on a Contact record.
