Setting invoice defaults

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

Hello - I feel like this should be an easy answer but I can't find it anywhere.

Is there a way to set a default invoice template? (one that I choose)  I know how to customize them in word, remap, etc etc.  But I want all my customers to have the same invoice.   (I know I can go into Document Layouts, then choose invoice and select the invoice for that specific customer).

I'd rather not go through every single customer though and manually choose a default invoice.

Thanks!

Thanks!  I can choose the report ID (ie. 1306 for sales invoice templates).  But I can't choose a specific template without getting an error (all templates give the same error.  Default templates as well as the one I created)

"The field Email Body Layout Code of table Report Selections contains a value (1306-000002) that cannot be found in the related table (O365 HTML Template)."

    Hi Paul,

Go to "report selection-sales".  Locate the usage "invoice" from the dropdown menu, then select the report ID
