"An unexpected client error has occurred"

Hi everybody!

A user receives the following error when attempting to access the D365 HR system. The home page loads, but then a pop-up error message box appears with the following message:

"An unexpected client error has occurred".

However, we have found that if a user experiencing this problem uses another link to access the system, which takes them directly to the "Self Service" workspace they do not receive the error message.

It seems that the error only occurs in the "Home" control panel, why can this happen?

I appreciate your comments.

Kind regard

    Hi there,

Are you accessing D365 HR system with system admin access or employee access?

Could you please share some screenshot for more clarity?

Are you getting an error when opening other pages or workspaces?
