Edit Button does not appear for a specific Security Role

The edit button does not appear for Users with a specific security role. I compared with other security roles, and I dont see what is off. Any help?
 
This is how the problematic security role is set up for the 'Connection' Table:

    In addition, I also recommend that you use the ribbon workbench to check the rules of the buttons:
