    Hi  RAHUL GOPALDAS SOLANKE,

2 things you must check to look what the problem is.

1). You must try to give Server name as IP Address instead of the name.

2). TCP/IP Port this must be same as that of the AOS Port. In other words, If you Go to Administrator Tools on the server --> Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Configuration -->Check the TCP/IP Port in connection tab. AOS Profile port and this should be same then it works.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello,

a couple of things could be the reason:

    1. the user that runs the Retail Store Connect and the Retail Transaction Service  has to a be user (admin) in Dynamics AX

    2. From my experience you should use the name of the server and not the IP address (try a RDP connection from the Retail Store Connect Server to AOS Server with name of the server to check if it works. if it does, than should the AOS profile work).

    3. Check the firewall on both servers to see if the Retail Store Connect and the Retail Transaction Service are added to the exeption. (for a quick test just turn off the firewall and try the Test Connection, if it works you know where your issue is).

let me know if this helped!
