Hi All
I have no luck with getting no-admin users to see sales accelerator. They all have the Sales Manager , and in app settings for Sales Accelerator  I have included this role. Has anyone got this working for sales person or manager roles and what entities did you add?
note: Sales Enterprise License

Good morning, afternoon, or evening—depending on where you are in the world!
    Hope you're doing well.

    Required Roles and Setup
Even if users have the Sales Manager role and are included in the Sales Accelerator app settings, they must also be assigned the Sales Insights User security role. This role is essential for accessing Sales Accelerator features like the work list, sequences, and insights.

    Steps to Fix It
    1. Assign the Sales Insights User Role:
      • Go to Settings > Security > Users
      • Select the affected users
      • Click Manage Roles
      • Add the Sales Insights User role alongside their existing Sales Manager or Salesperson role
    2. Verify Sales Accelerator Setup:
      • In App Settings > Sales Accelerator, confirm that:
        • The correct security roles are added
        • The relevant record types (e.g., Lead, Opportunity) are selected for the work list
      • Use Quick Setup if needed to reinitialize the workspace
    3. Check Sequence Configuration:
      • Ensure that sequences are properly connected to records
      • Confirm that the records meet the criteria defined in the sequence
      • If tasks aren’t showing in “My Work,” it may be due to missing connections or misconfigured triggers
    Summary
The missing piece is likely the Sales Insights User role. Without it, even users with Sales Manager access won’t see the Sales Accelerator workspace. Once that’s assigned, and the workspace is properly configured, they should be able to access and use it as expected.
For full capabilities (like predictive scoring and advanced sequences), a Sales Premium license is required, but basic functionality works with Sales Enterprise.

    Hope this helps!
