Hello, 

I am facing an issue with orders paid by gift cards. The order total is $47.52 but when I look at the retail store transactions, it is showing the total of $95.04

It looks like both the gift card liability account and the cash account were debited for the amount of the gift cards. –  and the customer now has these credits in their account.

Can someone help me please?
