    Hi Pallavi,

You need to design your solution keeping all these thing in mind.

Dynamics CRM have fields which are of specific data types, any value which do not fall into the data type, CRM will throw an error and won't be saved.

For example, for gender field you should create an Option Set having values and Male and Female, this way there won't be any error.

Having said that, the issue is always with Text Field, where the user is free to enter anything under this sky. You cannot always check that, however, you can write certain Business Rules / JScript / Workflow to validate them. Which again cannot be a full proof solution.

    Hope that make sense

    Thanks

For example, I am getting lots of emails and some phone calls offering to sell or rent trucks.  Some local small businesses, some in other countries.  It is all a mistake.

I called a local business which called me at home.  They quickly found me on their list, and told me they use a CRM they got from Microsoft.  They offered to take me off their list, but that is not enough.

I never authorized Microsoft to sell my information.  How do I stop them?
