How to show Lead by Lead source in Average in Pie Chart

Hello Everyone,

I have requirement one of my user, In the Chart User want to See Marketing Lead by Lead Source in Average But the problem is there is only one option is showing when I was trying Select Showing only (Count All) , User need all lead in Avg can any assist in this or any other possible way..
