I understand how this works when you schedule from within the calendar, however we want to schedule staff to go onsite to fix problems raised withing a case. The only way i can see to do this is to raise an appointment. If i do this it schedules it automatically, even if there is an existing task for the same resource (person). Is there a way of stopping this? or getting the appointment from within the case to schedule in the same way as adding an appointment via the calendar?
