error when negative miscellaneous charges are applied to a purchase invoice

When I try to apply negative miscellaneous charges to a purchase order that has already been billed, the folloe error is shown, how can I correct it?

Hi Ernesto,

Have you checked if they are set to be posted towards the item cost? If so, would the total cost imply a negative cost price for a positive quantity?

E.g. 10 * 100 line = $ 1000

charges $ -1200

Then the total item cost will be - $200 which is impossible.

Hi André

Thanks for your reponse ,, the problem was the following:

When the reception was made and the purchase order was invoiced, 10 dollars were applied as miscellaneous charges ,,, it was to error, the real miscellaneous charges must have been 7 dollars, the user is trying to apply now -3 (negative) dollars to correct the miscellaneous charges that should be 7 dollars.
