I require assistance with Power Automate flows, and I would appreciate a more detailed explanation.

In Sales Hub Dynamics 365, using Power Automate flows, you can automate the process of sending email templates to the owner of an Opportunity record when it transitions from one stage to another. For instance, when the Opportunity stage changes from /Qualify/ to /Propose,/ an email template is sent to the owner. Similarly, when the stage changes from /Propose/ to /Contact,/ another email template is sent. Finally, when the stage transitions to /Closed,/ a final email template is sent to notify the owner about the change. This automation streamlines the communication process during Opportunity progression in an efficient and organized manner.

Hi Tushar, let me remind you that thread titles needs to briefly describe the topic. Starting each title with chat like "Hello, community. I need assistance..." is inappropriate; you can do that in the body of the thread. Notice that all your title (Hello, community. I need assistance in power automate flow) says you need something about Power Automate, but it fails saying what it us.

The body also failed to explain your particular problem - whether you don't know how to trigger a flow on the stage change or how to send an email with Power Automate. Please be more specific.

Also, thread categories would become useless if everyone selected all categories for all threads, instead of selecting just the relevant ones.

    Hey

As previously stated, we would need more context.  IN general, you can read on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/business-process-flows-overview.  there's a specific section about using Workflows (not POwerAUtomate) to be triggered on specific stages.  There's also an interesting approach on https://crmminds.com/2022/01/05/dynamics-365-set-business-process-flow-stage-automatically-by-using-a-workflow/

IN general, each step in the BPF will have empty fields, so once they're populated, you could trigger the powerautomate to execute.

    Regards,
