Send Batch job alert to alternative email

Hello, is it possible to send batch job alerts to an email that isn't specified under my user options?

There is a batch job that runs every day at 12pm, the business would like to be notified if the batch job errors.

I understand I can setup an alert that will go to the email specified under my user options, but is there any way to set it up so the alert goes to a generic email account that is monitored by the finance team instead of the one in my user options?

    Hi,

    If you question is to send alert rules to multiple users, this is possible.

    You need to add multiple user ID by using comma separated or semicolon like ramitpaul417@gmail.com; Ramitpaul2@outlook.com

    Hi Ramit,

    Do I add multiple user ID to the 'sender email' field under user options --> account?

    In the Batch job alert screen I am unable to manually add emails as it defaults to the one set in the 'sender email' field under user options.

    I am trying to change the email in this field to a different email, however, I am unable to as it is defaulted to the email that is setup under my User Options.

    I was wondering whether it was possible to have batch job alerts sent to alternative emails instead of the one set in my user options.
