Delete users personal view as an administrator

I am unable to delete personal views of the users in my organisation as an administrator.

I tried using 'Personal User Views Migration' XRMTool plugin, but it keeps giving this error every time I try to delete a personal view.

    Hi,

To handle the disabled user the used plugin performs a change regarding the Access Mode of the systemuser. Make sure you have one Non-Interactive access mode free to perform any actions (limited to 5 by default).

For more reference you can visit the below links:

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

I don't want to delete any records, it is just the users personal views.

Using the above plugin in XRMToolbox I am able to delete personal views of some users but not all.

    Hi,

Personal view is user specific data and no one else will be able to delete it.

If you want to delete any records of a user who no longer belongs to the organization, please assign all the records own by that user to any other user and then delete the necessary records.

To assign records please go to settings-->security-->users-->open the user-->click on reassign records.

    Thanks,

    Soumen Sinha
