once we print the print receipt company logo is not coming

First of all, are you talking about a standard report or a custom one?
Do you see a logo in other standard reports?
Have you set a logo for the company?
Do you have the same problem with all print destinations?
Thanks for the prompt response well all other reports showing the logo and this print receipt is system default
yes we add the company logo
problem is only with payment receipt print HAM/Accounts receivable/Area page/journal/payment journals
Aha, so you made a customization and it doesn't work. How does your change look like? Did you debug your code? What did you find there?

Have you added logo into SSRS design? I dont have access to AX but if I remember correctly, payment journal is nothing but ledger journal report which doesnt have logo in the report design. Can you check the design and confirm?
