This is not a marketing message (I am purposely not mentioning my company name). It is a query asking for your advice if there's a market opportunity here (that my company can take advantage of).
Is there a need for a document automation AddIn for Dynamics Sales?
By this, I mean an application where you can design document templates in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, and include your business logic as well as data to pull from Dynamics Sales in them. And then set events in Sales that will then generate & route those documents. (There's more, but that's the crux of it.)
Do you think there is a need for this? And if so, what particular need(s) do you see?
And for those needs, what particular document(s) do you think people would use this for to generate?
