Hi to all,
in our organization an user complaint that some emails recevied where automatically tracked on CRM.
These email activities infact have no "Regarding" set.
Can anyone help me to understand the reason of this behavior?

Hi,
Please check the user's personal settings.
If the email sync is set to all emails then any emails land on user's mailbox will sync into CRM
If the option set to "Email message in response to dynamics 365 email" then if the first email generated from CRM and any contact or anyone else replied on that email it will track into CRM.
