We have the custom batch job that runs slower in the batch mode than not in the batch mode. Also somehow the process (only in batch mode) hangs in different find\exists methods (each run - different method) for a few minutes, and then continues with execution.
From the screenshots you can see that it was 13889 calls of the InventTable::find method, and just one of the call took all the time. Thank you for your help in advance!

We had the same issue with one of our clients recently. The issue turned out to be with CIL. You can try to force a CIL re-generation following the steps provided in this post.

Did you delete the contents of the XPPIL folder and do a full CIL?
Yes, we do this every night
How many AOS servers do you have in place?
Just 1 AOS
Also want to add that there is no issues or locks in the database. For me it looks like the system trying to get the record from the cache (in the find\exists method) but it hangs somehow. But then the question is why it's not happening not in the batch mode.
