Hell Dears,

I'm New to Dynamics 365 portal , i face a very strange issue while submitting comment in Case please check attached GIF to know what happen exactly,

    there's a no workflows running on Note entity

    I Already Set entity permission for annotation but same issue

    Make sure that you have Entity Permission is enabled on the form, and also entity permission exist for adding notes on cases

    Hi!

    It looks there is a real-time WF that's having a failure which results in the error.

    Can you provide a specific timestamp where the issue was repro?
