Dear Team,
I have added an additional stage to the standard Business Process Flow in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This final stage, I'd like the Opportunity to open the Account record, like how you work on the Qualify stage in Lead record and then it moves over to Develop in the Opportunity record. Is there anyway I can do this?
This is how the 'Out of the box' Lead to Prospect workflow works, I want to mirror this but for Close to Customer and then open the regarding account record.
