Is it possible to change the Allocation Method of a Project Team Member after they have been added to the project?

For instance: Bookable resource X is created as project team member Y on project Z with allocation method None. Can you change the allocation method of the project team member Y from None to Full Capacity.

It is not editable.

Believe that the conclusion is that it is not supported.

I do NOT think it is supported.

Is the field editable on the standard form?

Hi Taral, thanks for the feedback but not what I'm looking for.

To clarify the question: does Microsoft support changing the allocation method via an out-of-th-box edit operation?

So via the UI the user creates a new team member and saves this team member. After the save, the user realizes that the allocation method was not set correctly.

Is there a way to edit the team member and change the allocation method?

Yesy you can write plugin for the post operation of project team member create and update the required field but same you have to reflect in the resource requirement as well.
