Can we undo a Canadian Payroll Year End?

Client gave us the green light to do the Year end at the end of last week, only to come to the office today and want to do another 'last' payroll for the staff - but we have already closed off 2016 and opened 2017

Is there anything I can do?

Bill,

Since it is Canadian Payroll Year End I wouldn't recommend reopening the year through the utility without the blessing of GP support. Restoring from backup is probably the safest way to accomplish this without getting support involved.

Hi Bill, Kirk is correct, you will need to restore from a back up, there is no "undo" button for Canadian Payroll.
