I have a modified case resolution form. Upon "Resolving" a case, it opens the case resolution form. But let's say I've decided to wait the resolving for later. I will close the form, but a dialog box appears:
Is there a way to remove this dialog box? New case resolution forms needs very few details and this dialog box (for me) is unnecessary. Is there a way to bypass this?

Please refer to the following documentation to enable auto-save, so that the dialog will not show up.

I followed this article but did not get the results. I believe this is for auto-saving a record. I don't see the part in this article that removes the dialog box.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, but it is by design and cannot be removed unfortunately.
