SSRS Report showing different output for different users

When outputting an SSRS report, some diagrams are displayed differently for different users. One of them shows different values, as shown below:

User1:                                                                                    User2:

For some users the display of the characteristic value in the diagram is missing. In the following diagram the same data set is displayed. Only with another user values are missing at once:

User1:                                                                     User2:

For one user, among others, a diagram is not displayed at all.

All users have the same security roles.

No, it was the user's format settings in Personal Settings. But thank you.

    Howdy,

looking at the numbers, it appears that there is some type of flow or business rule being applied with "User2" is accessing that information.  When you look at the top comparison, it looks like User2 is getting all the same data, but it is being divided by 100  (it could be a percentage that is being improperly applied).

Again, on the second example, it looks like user2 is getting the same information, but not as much as User1.

If they all have the exact same permissions (it is possible that they have the same security roles, but the users may not have the same permissions all the way down the line, one could have been modified), then I would check to see if you have flows or business process rules in place that deal with the data and how it is shown.
