As i mentioned in the subject ,can we create service with type of http so php can consume it?

You can create an inbound port with http adapter. Please check this link.

You should use AIF .Then you can call AX AIF services via SOAP (Web Services). Use HTTP adapter instead of default NetTcp (or configure it to use BasicHttp).
