Microsoft CRM 2013 not able to set properties for workflow step

I am working on Microsoft CRM 2013. I have created a solution. Within that I have created a workflow on Email entity. 

Workflow properties are as follows:

I have added 'Check Condition' step and setting condition on 'Email' Entity attribute.

I tried to add the condition but as soon as i click save and close it is does not not set on workflow step.

I am facing respective issue on Test Server but it is working fine on Production Server.

I have restart the Microsoft CRM services and reset IIS. But nothing have resolved the issue.

    HI,

    My recommendation is to use different browser and check if it works.

    Hello Bipin,

    thank you for your prompt response. I have tried to create workflow and check condition in CRM on Chrome browser where issue is still there. But when i tried to open CRM 2013 on IE my home screen is in loading state.

    Issue has been resolved. ActiveX control settings are disabled in IE.
