Removing inventory for a subbatch in AX 2012 R3

Hi All,

I'm dealing with a issue where the user is not able to clear/remove inventory from a subbatch. I have tried using Inventory adjustment/Counting journal but getting the following error.

/<Qty> cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory/

Also, I can see that the mobile/handheld device is showing inventory as reserved. However, there is no such reservation in AX. How can the code from this device be debugged/troubleshooted?

Can anyone share any insights regarding this if they have encountered a similar issue?
