Attaching Microsoft service partner

Hello!!

I would like to know the correct way to attach a service partner to a Dynamics 365 customer. It should be done by DPOR or if it can be done by CPOR in a partner center? What is the correct procedure?

Is is not a OSA or OSU case, not a EA or MOSA agreement, not via CSP....It is a independent partner that will work in the licences that other partner has acquired. Will this partner receive some kind of incentive?

Thank you.

    Hi,

It should be done by DPOR as per support.microsoft.com/.../digital-partner-of-record-dpor
