Case Owner shows as Offline

Hi,

I noticed since the Wave 2 release that was installed in our environment earlier this week, that when I look at Case views, which show the Case Owner. All the Case Owners show as Offline beside their icons, not sure why, anyone have any idea?

    Hi TedW,

    The icon displayed next to the case owner is based on the status selected by the user in the Microsoft Teams.

    For example, the system administrator logs into teams and selects the "Available" status.

    Then icons will automatically reflect the new ones after refreshing the view.

    If the owner is not logged into the team, the icon will automatically show offline status.
