General Journal open lines in excel financial dimensions disappear as soon as published

Dears,

We are facing an issue when opening lines in Excel , the financial dimensions columns are added, Excel is updated and refreshed and saved

when filling values, and publishing the excel, all values are published except for the financial dimensions they are empty

Below the excel sheet i am trying to publish .. Those in yellow become empty when published given this is new .. previously it used to work

    Yes it used to work before without issues

    Now it is not working any more

    I tried now adding below field with no luck

    could not find accountdisplayvalue.Dimensions field

    Hi,

    Can you check with your developer if they have run the Wizard or they need to run the Wizard once again and do the build once again?

    Because this works in my env.

    Hi ,

    Go to Common module . Office integration > Document template

    check if you have right template which has these fields added as default. If you will add during the working , every time it will get removed

    You can create your own template with your required fields and use

    exploredynamics365.home.blog/.../

    Hello

    I  changed the template to include the dimensions as described . Opening in excel open the new fields but filling new lines, only the values in three dimensions ( the custom ones) disappear
