Call button in Mobile Number field is not working

Hello,

So I am facing a very unusual issue whereupon clicking the call button does not open the Skype or even ask for any prompt. 

Weird enough, clicking on the number from the view in the Contacts entity does open up Skype and asks for the prompt.

In the view level, I can open up Skype and dial the number. 

Just to make it clear, I have another environment that I access from the same browser and it's working perfectly fine in that environment.

Can someone suggest what is going wrong?

    Hi Ramprakaash!

    Yes, I have tried clearing cache and used a different browser as well. The issue still persists.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    In the Contact level, when you click the Dial button, a new Phone Call record will be created.

    And after saving it, you can dial to the contact in the record.

    After clicking on the Dial button, nothing happens. Neither does it prompt for skype to open nor a new phone call record is being created.

    Can you see the pop-up message like the following one?

    If not, is there an option to disable pop-up windows in the red circle?

    No there is no option to disable pop-up at all.
