Hi, How to cancel page header repeating in every pages in Nav 2009?.

I have some labels and text fields defined in the Header part of the data item. I do not want this to be repeated if there is multiple pages.

How to set this?.

,Abdul.

Is it table header or Report header?

its report header section. I made like by adding an inter variable and matching

    if 'Variable' > 1 then showoutput=false.

Its working as far now. This is how we do it right?.

And, how to add page numbers in the report?.

    Hi,

Add the required controls in Table header in the body,so it will print only one time per document.

also can give visiblity expression in the page header using Global page number. But the space in the page header remains same.

    Regards,

    Lakshman

    Hi,

Check the Header properties "PrintOnEveryPage". It should be "No". And place unnecessary label and text from header to body.

    Thanks

Can you please tell me how to put page number as 1 of 5 ("page number" of "total pages").

Is there a way to calculate total pages of the report ?.

Yes, you can use Globals!PageNumber for the current page no and Global!Totalpages for Total pages. If you want to reset the Total pages based on Group,we need to follow the below link for earlier version of NAV2015

and for NAV2015 ,You can check this link

    Hi,

I am using Nav 2009 reporting, not R2, report building in NAV itself, I meant its not in visual studio. Is this " Globals.PageNumber & " of " & Globals.TotalPages" available in Nav 2009 report builder?

    confused..
