there is no sepa addon for nav 5.0 provided by microsoft, because nav 5.0 is out of support since many years.
in general it depends on the country, means on the localised version. which localised version do you need ? there are at least solutions for DE localised databases. you could contact either your nav partner to develope a solution or one of the german or austrian vendors, who have developed a solution.

Hi Igor,
NAV 5.0 is out of support, so no objects from Microsoft. You can get SEPA functionality as an AddOn from gbedv.de. If this is feasible for your localization, though... no idea. But it's worth to have a look.
