Some of my users are seeing the below error when trying to load the Lead Score in Sales Hub. I have verified the lead scoring model is active and working, and I am unable to recreate the issue myself, as my leads are scored, and new leads I create show their score as well.

I have had him try in both Chrome and Edge, he's cleared his cache and cookies, and I've verified his permissions. He owns this record and should be able to see the lead score. Are there any ideas on how I could solve this? Maybe a known issue?
