Sales Hub Lead Score showing "Error Loading Data"

Some of my users are seeing the below error when trying to load the Lead Score in Sales Hub. I have verified the lead scoring model is active and working, and I am unable to recreate the issue myself, as my leads are scored, and new leads I create show their score as well. 
 
Here is his view on a Lead Record:

I have had him try in both Chrome and Edge, he's cleared his cache and cookies, and I've verified his permissions. He owns this record and should be able to see the lead score. Are there any ideas on how I could solve this? Maybe a known issue?

    Sometimes, even if the user owns the record, certain privileges are needed to access AI model entities or fields used in scoring. Double-check that the user’s security role(s) have:
    • Read access to “Lead Score” entity.
    • Read access to related AI Model entities (like “msdyn_predictivescore”, “msdyn_segment”, “msdyn_model”).
    • Read access to fields involved in scoring.
    Also, AI-based scoring often requires a specific Dynamics 365 license (Sales Insights or similar). Verify the user has the correct license assigned.

    Make sure the user has Read access at the Organization level for the Predictive Score table in their security role. This is a common cause of Lead Score not loading, even if they own the lead. Also confirm they have a Sales Enterprise or Premium license and access to the Sales Hub app.

    please check your internet connection sometime internet create loading problem and also check your permissions /secuirty role
