After installing Data Migration Framework Excel-Addin doesn't work anymore

When I Installed the Data Migration Framework in my AX2012 environment the excel add-in gives the following error:

Exception occurred on the metadata service on client or server. See exception details below: >Exception of type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Services.XppBridgeException'was thrown

This error is thrown when you select a table in excel and press the OK button. At this moment you expect that excel will build the table in excel. Instead of that it will give this error. I hope there is a solution.

Current version of DMF: 1.0.0.5

    Maybe try to run a full CIL compilation and see if it succeeds without errors ?

    I have done full compile and FULL CIL.even i have done re-installation of Excel addins.but problem still persist.
