How do I add tiles to the BC Home Page. I see where using Personalization I can hide and move the existing tiles, however I don't see where I can add a brand new tile. Is that a feature that is available and if so how do I go about it. Look forward to a response.

Valentin is right. In addition, Microsoft will add some standard Tiles (Cue), such as the one below.
