action centre notifications

Hi Guys,

Testing this function in D365 and it shows in the top right section in the bell, Then wehn you select the item and select "see all" it opens the action centre and you can see the message. I am unable to see if you can then open the link to be able (in this case) approve the workflow.

Hi Simon.

I‘m not sure if you can open the record from the action center.

Another option is the dashboard. You will find some records in the red section as soon as you are assigned to a workflow task. By using this links it is not necessary to open the action center.

Hi Simon,

Usually approvers use "Work item assigned to me" list from their dashboard to approve any task assign to them. That is more easy to manage.

Hi Simon,

As mentioned below, you need to check on the Work assigned to me and you will be able to open the workflow assigned to you.
