Trying to upload a image with white background on a email model, and it is not possible

Hi,

I am creating an email model. On the header I created a space for an image. When I try to upload an image for that space, everytime I try to put an image with white background and letters, it doesn't work, the upload fails. When I put another image works well. Can you tell me what is the problem? Here is the image i am trying to upload:

Hi,

May I ask if you have the following situation.

If yes, I can think of two possibilities in your case.

First, please change the name of the image with a shorter one, like product.jpg.

Second, if the modified name does not take effect, change the image format to “png”.
