" ***** " is displayed in the field and I can not edit.

Hi all,

when I created Work Order, The following problem was occurred.

  Â· " ***** "  is displayed in the field and I can not edit.

  · Since the above event occurs also in the required field, I can not proceed following process.

  ·My security roll is system administrator.

How can I solve this problem ?

    HI Taro,

    First think You might use trail version, Check whether the subscription is expired or not.

    Also try to click F2 on the form to make it editable mode.

    You may need to give yourself a Field Level Security profile to unlock these fields.

    your security role is not System Administrator, system administrator has access to all the fields protected with field level security

    Yes, I use trial version and I confirmed that it is valid.

    I also tried clicking F2, but I could not edit yet.
