Hi all,
I would like to bild a segment which includes all leads which have subscribed to three marketing lists (by downloading three different whitepapers and thus filling out three different marketing forms) within 10 minutes. It doesn't matter which content a lead downloads.
Does anyone know how to do that? I would like to use the segment as a suppression segment for avoiding that people (competitors etc.) download all our content.
I tried building a segment based on:
marketing list:
- subscription = true
AND subscription = true
AND subscription = true
AND xxx [here I thought about adding something like "subscribed within 10 minutes" or similar --> doesn't work so far/I haven't found a setting like this)
Can anyone help with this?
Hi,
Now I see what you mean, but it can't be done.
The timestamp in the conditions to Marketing list Subscribed should be a fixed value and cannot be calculated cause it as an interaction data is not recorded in Dataverse.
And the minimum unit of time in the filter for the count is the day.
Hi,
thanks for your answer!
Actually, we have build a workaround on our own, which allows us to segment our leads (for every new lead our workaround creates a new contact). Having said that, do you know how I could segment the leads in order to build a suppression segment for avoiding that people (competitors etc.) download all our content?
Thanks!
Hi,
The members in a segment can be contacts only.
You cannot build a segment which includes leads unfortunately.
