AX2012r3 - TMS - Landed Cost?

I am trying to setup  the TMS module to add Misc Charges towards the Transfer orders.  So far no luck. I followd the new TMS manual, but there is only one line in the whole document  that tells that this is possible? At this moment I have 2 questions... How to make the Misc charges to work with transfer orders (via Flat rate) and how to  post the invoice towards the inventory value?

Are you referring to this part of the guide?

The landed transportation costs will be transferred to the sale, purchase, or transfer orders as miscellaneous charges and will be included as part of the landed costs. This is dependent on the delivery terms set up.

I am afraid this is a mistake in the guide, based on some earlier system version where misc.charges were in fact also part of transfer orders. They were removed before the release, as the functionality was incomplete from the costing standpoint.

Yes I was refering to that section and to some other information sources (blogs/Learning movies) .. also in the other communication it was mentioned that this this function would be available.  Thanks for your replay.  Will it be a part of Cu9?

The CU9 plans (if there is even a CU9) are not settled, so can't say.
