is there any format to be followed for FRD and where do we get the diagrams if required. Are ready templates available for FRD preparation.

Hi,
There are some FRD templates leveraged via the Sure Step methodology. Follow the next link and log in with a customersource or partnersource account: mbs2.microsoft.com/.../default.aspx
Some diagrams are created as template in the Business process modeler on Lifecycle services: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn268623.aspx. Also for Lifecycle services you need to login with a customersource or partnersource login.

likewise can you guide where to get the Fit Gap Analysis documents
