I am receiving an error when attempting to post a service order.

The error is the following:

I have tried this with a variety of different service items on the service worksheet, but i cannot find where to set the tax group code value for this service order error.

Hi addision1,

as suggested by Alex A this information is in the item card; when you modify the item card this information is not updated in the service order. If you are not able to add the Tax Group Code column in the service order line, probably you have to remove and insert again the line

Tax Group Code is on the Item card in the Invoicing section. Also double check your Customer card too since there are tax related settings there too.
