I want to disable all advanced rules for a particular entry.
The requirement is because of corrective action in a previous period. I want to reverse an entry that does not have mandatory dimensions and recharge with all the mandatory dimensions. There are a number of entries so disabling rules one by one is not an option.

I think you can use excel add-in for bulk update
The issue is not uploading the entry, rather bypassing the mandatory financial dimensions just for this particular entry.
please consider that the transaction is in bulk and deals with many accounts. changing the rules one by one is not the way to go.
How many advanced rules you have?
Why can't you take a hit to update advanced rules manually?

You can either use data management or Excel add-inn to bulk update an account structure with advanced rules.
Alternately, you can evaluate to create a clean account structure (the same as existing) without any advanced rules, that can be used for such purposes. You can test in UAT first to evaluate if it can help.
