When users on one of our domains (We have users on 3 domains accessing EP) attempts to access EP they get this message:

You cannot view data on this page because you are not a registered user in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics AX administrator.

In looking at the event viewer two errors come out after receiving this error in EP:

No .NET Business Connector session could be found.

Logon error : Unable to log on to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

These come in different errors in the event viewer.

I have tried all the solutions out there, however, this is only an issue on one domain. Other users aren't having any issues.

The issue here was with our domain controller server. I don't know they exact problem, however, once we switched to a backup server it worked perfectly.

Hello James,

For some reason, AX cannot see the user just like the error log.

Delete the user and re-import.
