How many spaces are there left for an Event?

Hi All,

e.g. I've created an Event with Venue Constraints of 21. If I'm a customer trying to book onto this Event, how do I possibly know how many spaces are left and how can this be displayed? So, the customer wants 4 bookings but there are only 2 spaces available.  

Is there a Dynamic content expression for showing the number of spaces remaining that can be easily displayed via the Portal or landing page?

    Hi Zak,

    There is a field called Capacity in Building / Room / Layout. If you set the location in a session and the Capacity has been filled in, it will be automatically seen as the Maximum session capacity.

    For example, set Layout 01 as the location of Session 01.

    The Capacity of Layout 01 is 2.

    So if the number of registrations to the session reaches 2,

    In the portal, it will be shown as:

    Maximum event capacity can be set similarly.
