If nothing works, ask your partner to give you NAV 2009 Installation folder. You can atleast learn basic CAL language in NaV 2009 version at your home. This would give you basic idea abt NAV programming language.

In order Test Navision on your Laptop your need to install Both Server & Client Version on your Laptop Nav Server Cannot Be Install on 32 bit OS.
IF you have Genuine Windows 7 Then I Recommend you to upgrade your laptop to Windows 10 after upgrade and Activate you can download windows 10 64 Bit Version and do the Clean Installation on your laptop and you will have 64 bit Windows 10 Pro. you can have free upgrade till 29/07/2016. When you are done you can install Nav on your PC.
You cannot install SQL Server Express 2012 on a 32-bit system. It requires 64-bit system. You need to upgrade your system (and perhaps hardware) to 64-bit version. This database will not work in 32-bit environment.
"The 64-bit edition of SQL Server 2012 Express is automatically installed before the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 database components by Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 Setup if a supported SQL Server product is not already installed on the target computer.
If the operating system on the target computer does not support SQL Server 2012 Express (for example, Windows Server 2008), Setup displays a pre-requisite warning. In this case you should exit Setup and then update the operating system on the computer to one that does support SQL Server 2012 Express (for example, Windows Server 2008 SP2 or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1). Then run Setup again."
Also, what version your Windows 7 is? It has to be Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate.
Vishal sir, I am working in a private firm as a technical consultant...My issue is only..I want to install the navision 2013 or navision 2013 r2 in my personal home computer system for some practice purpose. My system configuration is-
os - win 7- it is a 32 bit operating system with 4 gb ram and 500 gb hdd.

Screenshot seems to be very simple as your machine doesn't seems to be 64 bit, this is the preliminary need if you want to run 2013 or above version in your machine.

Are you trying to install Client or Application Server?
You need 64 bit OS, if you want to install Application Server? Have you installed SQL ?

Just Make sure you PC is 64 Bit and you have installed the SQL Server on th 2012 64 bit on the Same computer. if don't you can install them on Prerequisite Components folder on the setup folder. also refer to the System Requirements

I think Main problem is you pc doesn't have 64 bit Windows OS you check the windows version by taking my computer properties.

Check that you are installing on a computer that corresponds to the minimum requirements for installation: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd301054(v=nav.71).aspx
Pay attention to Database Components for SQL Server: Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express, Standard, or Enterprise (64-bit editions only). It looks like you are trying to install database components it to computer with 32-bit operating system version instead of 64-bit.
