Hi Larry,
do you want to see your custom reports in GP home page metrics?
To add the custom reports to GP metrics:
1) go to report server and upload the custom report rdl file to the corresponding company,module- Charts & KPI folder
2) make sure your custom reports run with default parameters
3) once the report is uploaded, test in report server in IE
4) open GP home page & click Customise this page option to open the window
5) click Metrics --> option and choose the customised report from the left pan
6) click insert and click OK to save the changes
now the custom report is appeared in GP home page metrics.
I've typically used the native integration with SSRS rather than the SharePoint integration. In the Native method the custom reports need to be in the folders where the GP reports were deployed. I would imagine that SharePoint is the same.
Have a look on the Microsoft KB article from below link(Q3 on under the section Questions and answers about setup).

Hope this helps!!!
this worked but it ask for a login name and password word to get into the report. Is there a way I can embed the credentials in the report?
I also want my report to show up in other reports in GP installed of Reporting Services reports. Is there a way to do that?
I figured out the security portion of my question, but not sure how to store the reports in Other Reports in GP
I have deployed the SSRS reports in GP2013, everyone of my users can see payroll information and I don't want them to. In Sql I have a role called denypayroll and I put the users in the role that I don't want to see the information in GP, but they are able to see the ssrs that are payroll related.
To set security permission for specific SSRS report, follow below link.
technet.microsoft.com/.../aa337494(v=sql.105).aspx
Keep in mind that there is security defined for a ssrs report and also security defined for sql access. If you don't want them to even see the report, define the security for the ssrs report appropriately. The sql security is used when someone attempts to execute a report. If they have access to the data, it will work. If they don't, they will see an error.
Thanks
Rob
