Change allow posting in multiple entities and give users access

Posted on by
Hi,

I the process of closing our books i want to:

1. Limit the "allow posting from and to" in several entities from one point
2. Allow specific user to post in the "closed" period (Under user setup) across several entities in one place too.

Is that possible?

I think so too. Now there are many registration activities and poppy playtime chapter 3  I'm also very upset about it. I hope it will be fixed soon.

    Hello,

You could use Field Level Security to inactivate the Post Button from the windows and user you do not want to be able to post. You could do the same for the post to a closed year by putting Field Level Security on the Fiscal Periods so the user you do want to post to a historical year cannot open the closed period to post to it.
